About The Position
The Clinical Manager in CBHC/Outpatient (OP) is responsible for providing individual staff supervision and clinic management support. This role includes administrative oversight of clinic operations, ensuring alignment with agency initiatives, and supporting staff development. The Clinical Manager also collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to provide assessments and interventions for individuals served, while maintaining compliance with documentation and operational protocols.
