About The Position
The position involves directing Level I work center personnel to accomplish specific maintenance actions in accordance with Department of Labor Skill Code definitions. The individual will provide guidance and technical expertise to lower-level technicians throughout all aircraft modifications and maintenance efforts. The role requires receiving technical guidance from supervisors or higher-level technicians and occasionally leading teams through complex aircraft-related tasks. The candidate must be knowledgeable in automatic flight control, stabilization systems, weapons integration systems, and fuel quantity systems, and must be technically qualified and experienced in the F18 Avionics area. The position also involves providing technical support to electronic project engineers and utilizing excellent organizational skills to prioritize workload to meet daily flight schedules.
