About The Position

Duties and Responsibilities: The Graduate Assistant will assist in planning and executing lectures, seminars, and special events Support event registration and attendance tracking Provide day-of-event logistical assistance Assist with promotional communications, website updates, and social media content Help maintain contact lists and shared project materials Provide general administrative support to the Center Required Qualifications: Current Seton Hall University graduate student Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Professional demeanor and reliability Desired Qualifications: Interest in Catholic intellectual tradition, mission integration, or higher education administration Experience with event coordination or administrative support Experience with social media or digital communications Familiarity with Google Workspace and similar collaborative platforms Physical Demands: Occasional light lifting of event materials (up to 20 lbs) and light event setup support.
