About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technician to support a high-performing cardiovascular team. In this role, you will assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and high-quality clinical outcomes.

Requirements

• Certification in Cardiac Catheterization Technology or related specialty.
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, hemodynamics, and interventional procedures.
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent Cath Lab experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
• Valid Cardiac Catheterization certification (RCIS or equivalent preferred).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist cardiologists during cardiac catheterization procedures, including angiography and angioplasty.
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields and ensure proper setup of cath lab equipment.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and clinical status during and after procedures.
• Operate and maintain catheterization lab equipment, ensuring functionality and readiness.
• Document procedural details accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide patient education regarding procedures, pre- and post-procedure care, and recovery expectations.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members.
