Heartline Staffing is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Technologist for the following opportunity. The Cath Lab Technologist assists cardiologists and radiologists in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab during invasive cardiovascular procedures while ensuring a safe, patient-centered environment. This role requires technical expertise, sound judgment, and close collaboration with the procedural team to support high-quality outcomes. The Cath Lab Technologist participates in monitoring, scrubbing, and circulating duties, maintains familiarity with evolving procedures, equipment, and exam protocols, and assists with managing supply inventory at appropriate levels. This role requires safe operation of equipment and strict adherence to ALARA standards while performing procedures within the scope of practice.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Cardiovascular Technician or ARRT working in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab
- Completion of formal education from an accredited Cardiovascular Technology program required
- CVT, RCIS, or ARRT certification required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association required
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association required
- Candidates must reside within 30 minutes of the job location to meet on-call requirements.
