Job Summary and Responsibilities Cath Lab Tech II Working in our fast-moving Cath Lab certainly offers a variety of clinical challenges to Cath Lab Techs who choose this clinical area. We love techs who can wear many hats and think quickly on their feet while providing the best patient care! The Cath Lab Tech II performs duties of circulating, scrub, and monitoring of invasive cardiology procedures. Demonstrates an understanding of all invasive procedures, the equipment and supplies for each procedure, and indications for performing each procedure If you are committed to social justice, health equity, and prepared to deliver care in new, innovative ways, you belong with us. We are offering a $10,000 sign on and retention bonus . In addition to relocation to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements. Must live within 30 - 45 minutes of hospital for emergency response On-call 8-9 days every five weeks which includes one weekend shift Operates the radiographic equipment utilizing radiation safety procedures Operates physiologic recorder/database system with expertise recognizing arrhythmias and normal/abnormal waveforms Operates manifold, power injector, and other support equipment (VCR, ACT machines, oximeters, and transport monitors) #nationalcathlabtech

  • Operates physiologic recorder/database system with expertise recognizing arrhythmias and normal/abnormal waveforms
  • Operates manifold, power injector, and other support equipment (VCR, ACT machines, oximeters, and transport monitors)
  • Associate's Degree or Registered as a Radiologic Technologist Radiography (RTR) , Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist(RCIS) or Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT)
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
  • Minimum three (3) year clinical experience in a hospital setting
  • Must live within 30 - 45 minutes of hospital for emergency response
  • On-call 8-9 days every five weeks which includes one weekend shift
