Full Time Days Summary Provides safe and effective patient care to assigned patients. Monitors physiological data and assume scrub responsibilities during cardiac Cath, electrophysiology, and interventional procedures. Operates and maintains all specialty equipment.

Requirements

  • Graduate of CVT school
  • Unlicensed Cath Lab Tech or Surgical Technologist evidenced by at least one year of experience working in the surgical or Cath setting.
  • Current BLS and ACLS approved by the American Heart Association and either: current Florida license as General Radiographer, RRT, CRT, Paramedic or EMT.

Responsibilities

  • Provides safe and effective patient care to assigned patients.
  • Monitors physiological data and assume scrub responsibilities during cardiac Cath, electrophysiology, and interventional procedures.
  • Operates and maintains all specialty equipment.
