In this fast-paced, high-acuity environment, your day-to-day will involve: Clinical Vigilance & Monitoring: You will maintain a 360-degree view of patient health, actively monitoring real-time physiological data—including heart rate, rhythm, and pressures. You’ll be the "eyes of the room," anticipating subtle changes in catheter position or patient status and communicating them instantly to the physician and surgical team. Advanced Hemodynamic Analysis: Beyond the basics, you’ll perform and interpret critical intra-procedural testing. You will be responsible for oxygen saturation runs, calculating cardiac output, and assessing shunting to provide the data that drives clinical decision-making. Procedural Mastery & Readiness: You will demonstrate an expert-level understanding of our diverse suite of procedures and specialized equipment. From ensuring strict asepsis to adapting on the fly to a physician’s specific case needs, your preparation is what makes our lab run seamlessly. Safety & Lab Stewardship: You’ll champion a culture of safety by managing room setup, maintaining infection control protocols, and ensuring the highest standards of sharps safety and waste management.
