About The Position
SIGN ON BONUS OF UP TO $7,500 AVAILABLE Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts (7AM-5:30PM) each week. Some after hour and weekend call required. Piedmont Rockdale is a 161-bed hospital in Conyers serving Rockdale County and the surrounding area. We offer quality healthcare services and respected physicians, surgeons and specialists. Founded in 1954, Piedmont Rockdale became part of Piedmont Healthcare on October 1, 2017 – expanding quality healthcare services to our community. Responsibilities Assists the physician in the performance of invasive cardiac procedures. Has thorough knowledge of all Cath Lab Equipment and maintenance of it and administers direct/indirect care to patients undergoing invasive cardiac procedures. Able to provide direct and indirect cardiovascular clinical care during established procedures.
Requirements
- Education Graduate of a RCIS program Required or Graduate from a nursing program Required or Graduate of a program in respiratory, paramedic, imaging or exercise physiology Required
- Work Experience No experience required
- RCIS - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist If a graduate of RCIS program RCIS must be obtained within 24 months of hire Required or Based on healthcare experienced (see above) applicable license . Upon Hire Required
- BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
- ACLS Upon Hire Required
