About The Position

As the Lead Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist at HCA Healthcare, you'll be more than an expert in the lab—you'll be the guide who sets the standard for excellence. Requirements

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • (ARRT-R) Radiography, or (CCDS) Certified Cardiac Device Specialist, or (RCIS) Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, or (RCES) Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist, or Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree
  • (RVT) Registered Vascular Technician, or (ARRT-VI) Vascular Interventional Radiography

Responsibilities

  • Leading by example during complex cardiac and vascular procedures, ensuring precision, safety, and compassionate care
  • Coaching, mentoring, and precepting team members to build confidence, skill, and alignment with best practices
  • Overseeing workflow, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining a safe, sterile, and fully prepared environment
  • Advocating for patients and families throughout the care journey, providing guidance, education, and reassurance
  • Driving team success by supporting hiring, onboarding, and communication of new practices and standards
