Cath Lab Supervisor Full Time Days Position Summary Supervises Echo Techs Ensures patients receive the appropriate services, resting, stress and trans esophageal echocardiograms Requires a person with leadership ability, which is flexible in a multidisciplinary environment. Supervisor is available and responsible, 24-hours per day, and has high standards of commitment to their staff, patients, community, and hospital. Responsibilities include planning, leadership, and marketing of area(s) of responsibility. Has responsibility and primary accountability to supervise a single section/unit. Assigns work, checks results, controls costs, appraises performance, makes salary increase and promotional recommendations.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited ultrasound program
- 3 years experience in Cardiology
- Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy.
- EKG Certification requires.
- BLS certification required.
