Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. ASSESSMENT Performs complete patient assessment. Recognizes significant changes in patient status and seeks appropriate resources. Coordinates or collects physiologic monitoring data: vital signs, monitor results, lab and diagnostic test results. Performs ongoing assessment according to unit policy. Documents assessment in compliance with hospital policy. MAINTAINING PLAN OF CARE

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, upon hire
  • Must have 12 months acute care experience OR completion of NNRP (National Nurse Residency Program)
  • Registered Nurse: AR, upon hire
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, within 90 Days
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 - months

Responsibilities

  • Performs complete patient assessment.
