Visit us online at: https://www.aikenregional.com The Cardiovascular Services Manager works under the department director to provide leadership and direction to the clinical and clerical staff in the Cardiac Cath Lab, Angio and EP departments. Assists department director in the operations of department, which includes but is not limited to, scheduling and supervision of staff, preparation of capital and operational budgets, evaluating products, ordering supplies, designating job assignments, evaluating staff, resolving complaint issues, equipment maintenance and patient billing. Assists technologists and physicians in performing radiological, paramedical, hemodynamic and therapeutic duties.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a RCIS or RT program; board certified or eligible.
  • 3 – 5 years as staff technologist
  • Two years managerial experience.
  • ACLS certified within six months of hire
  • BLS certification upon hire.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; works well with physicians, nursing staff, technologist, patients and families.
  • Must be well versed in all equipment, procedures, products and ordering and maintaining par levels of supplies.
