The Catering & Special Events Coordinator will be responsible to support the overall day to day operations for the special events and catering department. In addition, this plan and execute events as assigned and will assist and support the Director of Special Events. The position will be held at The Star, Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters in Frisco, Texas. Goals: The Catering Coordinator will work closely with the department Director and Managers to gain experience of completing tasks associated with specials events catering and event planning. The Coordinator will have working knowledge of special events planning, creating BEO’s, and venue on premise catering.
