This role plays a key part in executing a high-volume catering program generating approximately $2.4M in annual revenue, leading a catering team of 15 associates. Responsibilities include producing and executing catering events, maintaining quality and presentation standards, supporting ordering and cost controls, and helping roll out new culinary programs.
