As Catering Sous Chef at LACMA, you will support the execution of a high volume, high profile catering and events program within one of the country’s most respected cultural institutions. This role is focused on hands on culinary leadership, event execution, and operational support, working closely with the Executive Chef and events team to deliver consistent, polished food for receptions, donor events, private functions, and large scale museum programs. This is a working sous chef role for someone who thrives in event driven environments, enjoys execution and logistics, and takes pride in supporting teams through complex, time sensitive service.
