Responsibilities

• Operates within Rutgers University Dining Services' Catering team.
• Ensures exemplary guest service through all forms of service including carving stations, bartending, and running food during events.
• Replenishes products and supplies in compliance with event standards.
• Ensures events are properly equipped and executed by transporting, pulling, setting up and breaking down, and returning equipment to designated storage areas.
• Provides support to present a clean and safe work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
