Overview The Catering Runner assists the Premium Manager in providing Premium guests with a pleasant experience. The Catering Runner is primarily responsible for setting the event area up with appropriate pre-ordered and complimentary food and beverage items and serving equipment before the guests arrive. Following the event the Catering Runner will clear away any remaining food and equipment, restoring the area to pre-event condition. The team member must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which includes evenings and weekends. Open availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, self-direction and strong management and independent decision-making skills are required. This role pays an hourly rate of $14.00-$16.00 Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching This position will remain open until May 8, 2026.

Requirements

Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
Possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations.
Ability to walk, stand, possibly extended distances; ability to bend and climb stairs when necessary
Ability to frequently lift/carry up to 25 lbs, occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Assists the Premium Manager in serving meals to guests in the premium areas.
Responsible for observing guests to respond to any additional requests and determine when the meal has been completed.
Responsible for cleaning up remaining food product and equipment after the guests have left.
Responsible for keeping the Premium work areas and equipment clean.
Responsible for setting up the Premium areas with preordered and complimentary food and beverage product and required serving equipment.
Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
