About The Position

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for part-time Banquet Bartenders to join us at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. As a Banquet Bartender, you will be responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at events while providing an excellent guest experience. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience
• Experience in cash handling and credit card processing required
• Previous experience using a computerized point of sale system is required

Responsibilities

• Set up portable bar with all the appropriate items
• Organize wine and champagne service for meal functions
• Maintain bar supplies and glassware and know drink recipes, prices, and types of beverages available
• Measure all drinks using a shot glass and encourage sales to guests
• Ensure all bar billing is accurate and money drops are done at the end of the shift
