COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $20.50 to $20.50. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer.  This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. Requirements

  • Candidates actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any field of study. A major in hospitality, business, culinary, or facilities management is preferred. Please keep in mind that educational requirements may change depending on the responsibilities of the role.
  • Candidates willing to work flexible hours, which may include nights, weekends or holidays
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Develop & complete catering solutions to meet customers' needs
  • Develop & maintain effective client & customer rapport
  • Deliver consistent quality in planning & carrying out events
  • Facilitate the delivery of prepared food and set up events crafted from banquet event orders
  • Assist clients in planning social events & provide creative solutions to clients' needs
  • Train & lead catering employees to ensure catering & event standards are followed ensuring quality in final presentation
  • Provide completed Banquet Event Orders to team & provide quality assurance all requests are met prior to event
  • Responsible for delivering food and labor targets
  • Responsible for execution of catering events of varied size and scope including staff and management
  • Ensure accurate reporting of all catering related revenue, expenses, & receivables
  • Recruit, train, schedule, & develop team members
  • Ensure compliance with all food, occupational, & environmental safety policies
