About The Position

Santikos is looking for Caterers (Line Cooks) to provide our guests with exceptional service through outstanding meal preparation at our Westlakes location.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant setting preferred.

• Flexibility with scheduling able to work holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare product in accordance with the recipes provided.
• Maintain consistency with all product served.
• Operate the grill, fryer, or ovens as needed.
• Keep work area clean and sanitized.
• Ensure the kitchen area is adequately prepped for each day's/nights service.
