As the Specialist, Indirect Procurement, you will lead day-to-day operations and support the entire Source to Pay cycle of Indirect procurement categories, including Travel, Fleet, Marketing, Professional Services, HR, Real Estate and Temp Labor (Spend Analysis, RFPs, Negotiation, Contracting, and Supplier Relationship management). Your general responsibilities will include: Support sourcing requirements for spend and market analysis, risk mitigation, and value delivery in the above indirect procurement categories. Support evaluation, selection, negotiation, and implementation of preferred partners in indirect procurement categories. Support contracting work within Indirect categories. Identify and track working capital improvements. Assist in indirect PO process. Work closely with our COE team. Lead supplier diversity external reporting process and contribute to supplier diversity program. Continuously analyze data and apply benchmarks in renegotiating contracts when needed to improve service and/or reduce costs. Solicit input from global and regional site sourcing/procurement and regional operations to develop understanding of regional differences. Assist indirect manager with administration of SAP Concur Travel. Establish self as the key point of contact for US/CA day-to-day Fleet operations. Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Serve as main point of contact for all indirect category reporting and data collection requirements. Support the overall Corporate-North America Procurement strategy and aligning with established global category strategy and sourcing initiatives.
