Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a newly created opportunity for a Category Sales Manager within our Appliance team.

Requirements

  • Strong Communication Skills - Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and deliver presentations to groups.
  • Leadership & Team Motivation - Proven ability to lead, motivate, and influence individuals and teams across multiple functions.
  • Technical Proficiency - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to learn Ferguson’s inventory and logistics systems.
  • Regional Travel Capability - Ability to travel within the region as required to support sales, customer service, and leadership needs. (KS/MO/ND/SD/NE/IA/MN)
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking - Ability to analyze market data, customer feedback, and operational activities to recommend solutions and support regional strategy.
  • Experience – 5 years of appliance experience preferred
