The Category Operations Manager works closely with Category Management teams and other cross-functional support capabilities to influence business decisions and deliver an operational plan that produces a best-in-class go-to-market outcome. They do this by leading the cross-functional planning and execution for go-to-market strategies related to new products, new categories, and key strategic initiatives. The Category Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the development of business strategies in partnership with business owners, and accountable to delivery of the holistic operational plan working cross functionally across the enterprise with all levels of leadership. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location.
