Requirements

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to connect day-to-day initiatives to long-term business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and convert insights into action.
  • Proven experience developing and presenting data-backed business cases with clear financial impact.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills across internal teams and external partners.
  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams, SAP, Power BI, and Qlik Sense.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute category strategies that support both immediate objectives and long-term growth plans.
  • Own category performance, monitoring sales, margins, inventory, and key KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations and deliver impactful presentations to senior leadership.
  • Optimize pricing, promotions, and product positioning to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive moves, and evolving consumer behaviors.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle — from new product introduction to end-of-life decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to refine, expand, or streamline the assortment to improve performance and align with customer needs.
  • Build compelling, data-driven business cases to support category investments and initiatives.
  • Partner closely with marketing, merchandising, pricing, supply chain, sales, and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless execution of category plans.
  • Enhance digital presence and online visibility through collaboration with merchandising and e-commerce teams.
  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with suppliers to drive innovation, promotions, and competitive advantage.
