Requirements

  • Prior purchasing experience is a must
  • Experience with SAGE or similar ERP systems
  • Experience & familiarity with systems & materials for electronic security, fire alarm, video conferencing, nurse call, access control, CCTV and other industry products strongly encouraged
  • Must be able to work with a shared services team with both individual and group responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills are a must
  • Ability to interface with multiple internal & external teams

Responsibilities

  • Will manage Pavion International purchasing operations, with future growth into other divisions
  • Interface between PMs & Sales Teams and Procurement Buyers to ensure accuracy of BOMs, requisitions, etc.
  • Will engage vendors for best pricing on high-dollar projects
  • Will provide oversight for international buyers
  • Oversee buildout and maintenance of International Item Master, in conjunction with US-based team
  • Will interface with International Vendors for agreements, amendments to US agreements & will coordinate with Product and Procurement Teams to engage contractually with each
  • Will track international relationships: agreement status, spend, contacts, etc.
  • Resolve invoicing issues & PO mismatches
  • Develop internal Sage processes and workflow to mirror US-based system
