See Yourself at Telix The Procurement Category Manager, Biologics and Radiopharma will be a category manager for Biologics, Isotope, and Radiopharmaceutical Development Suppliers and will be a business partner to leaders and scientific teams seeking to procure antibodies, peptides, isotopes and radiopharmaceutical services. A successful candidate in this role will act as a team member to internal customers and will have regular meetings and attend staff meetings to understand the upcoming business needs. Additionally, this role will manage and develop the supplier network to ensure our external business partners and suppliers have visibility to our needs and are adequately staffed to support them. This role will work with our suppliers to manage master agreements, pricing rate cards, and strategic, and volume discounts. This role will also guide internal business partners through the Telix Procurement and Contracting processes to ensure all transactions are within policy and SOX compliance. As part of a growing procurement department, you will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing global supplier relationships, and driving cost-effective decisions across key categories. This individual will design, lead and implement sourcing strategies for Biologics, Isotope, and Radiopharmaceutical Development Suppliers, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective decisions across these essential areas. As a subject matter expert, the Category Manager must excel at vendor selection, negotiating and structuring complex contracts, ensuring compliance, and paying close attention to the specific details of procurement operations. This hands-on position requires a deep understanding of strategic procurement, the ability to navigate a global matrix organization, and experience in establishing and building out procurement functions. This role demands both strategic vision, leadership and tactical execution, where the individual will actively engage in rolling up their sleeves to drive value, mitigate risks, and support the overall success of the functions.
