About The Position

What You'll Be Doing Lead sourcing, contract development, and negotiation activities for assigned categories. Drive process improvements in procurement, contract management, and supplier performance. Build strong internal partnerships to ensure alignment, training, and high-quality service delivery. Apply competitive bidding practices and support ethical, compliant procurement activities. Manage supplier relationships to optimize cost, quality, service, and availability.

Requirements

• University or college degree in a technical, economic, financial, or business-related field. Experience in a related field may substitute for a degree.
• Demonstrated experience in procurement and contract management within manufacturing, production, and/or construction environments.
• Ability to lead category strategies, manage supplier relationships, and support performance improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication and collaboration capabilities with the ability to influence across teams.
• Proficiency with procurement systems and tools, including SAP ECC 6.0 MM, Ariba, and MS Office; interest or experience in e‑procurement and electronic bidding.
