The Celebrations & Gifting Team is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Category Analyst to support our Front Store Merchandising organization. In this position, you will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience across 7,000+ stores. You will be instrumental in delivering the best products and promotions to our customers by leveraging strong analytical skills to evaluate sales trends, identify opportunities and optimize merchandising strategies. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions and enhance our product offerings and promotional effectiveness. You will solve complex problems, develop actionable insights, and create mitigation strategies to address business challenges.

Requirements

  • 1+ years’ experience using pricing/promotional strategies in a retail and/or corporate environment.
  • Prior experience analyzing and synthesizing data.
  • Prior experience analyzing market trends and building reports and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Market Research Analyst (CMRA) preferred.
