About The Position
JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Director of Fiscal Services, the Categorical Programs Technician shall perform a variety of complex and specialized record keeping duties associated with processing and analyzing transactions and budget monitoring related to state and federal programs, grants, and career technical education programs. The Categorical Programs Technician shall be responsible for general ledger and/or special fund maintenance, compilation of fiscal data, and preparation and submission of required reports. The position shall analyze relevant data to prepare and submit reports of costs and analysis.
