The Bowl Forming Catcher position includes the following job duties/tasks: Pulls stacks of product from machine chutes with a reacher, stacked 2-3 together, and place into boxes. The box is then sealed and pushed through the taper, onto the roller and then the conveyer. Must lift loaded boxes off the conveyor and palletize as needed. Move completed pallets with forklift, if trained, or work with another properly trained employee to move it. If trained, employee will also set-up, clean and adjust machines. If the operator is busy with other duties, test product in microwave every 15 minutes, or as directed by the operator. Place a full roll of paper on machine using a Roll-pusher to move into position and feed paper through machine. Clean scrap and jammed product from inside machine and from drawers under it. Follow all specs. Perform other duties such as housekeeping around the line, sorting of product, etc as directed by the operator.
