Requirements

• Must have 3-5+ years of experience
• Must have active TX Bar and experience working cases in the state
• Must be willing to work in office M-F

Responsibilities

• Representing clients in catastrophic personal injury matters, including wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, severe burn injuries, and permanent disability claims.
• Conducting in-depth client consultations to evaluate liability, damages, and long-term medical and financial impacts.
• Developing case strategy, investigating claims, and coordinating with expert su ch as medical professionals, accident reconstructionist, and economists.
• Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement demands, and trial-related filings
• Managing cases through all phases of litigation, including depositions, mediations, hearings, and jury trials.
• Collaborating closely with paralegals, case managers, and litigation support teams to ensure thorough and timely case preparation.
• Maintaining accurate case documentation and ensuring compliance with Texas personal injury laws and procedural rules.
• Providing compassionate, client-centered representation to individuals and families navigating life-altering injuries while maintaining professionalism and ethical standards
