The Catastrophe Repair Solutions Site Manager at Sedgwick is responsible for managing CAT Repair Solution Sites, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves coaching and mentoring CAT contractors on processes and systems, monitoring their performance against Service Level Agreement (SLA) objectives, and prioritizing their needs to support the CAT Repair Solutions Team. The Site Manager will provide feedback to the Leadership Team regarding any process challenges faced by CAT Sites and will manage the core business of the Repair Solutions network. In addition to overseeing daily operations, the Site Manager will conduct pricing research and development, develop and deliver training for CAT site staff, and assist the Business Development department with onboarding new carriers seeking CAT Repair Solutions. Cross-training inter-departmental and cross-company employees is also a key responsibility. Quality assurance inspections on completed repairs will be performed to ensure standards are met, and the Site Manager will drive production and repair cycle time efficiency. As a subject matter expert, the Site Manager will lead projects related to industry systems such as Mitchell, CCC, and Audatex. The role requires significant travel, approximately 75%, to ensure that CAT sites are operational within 72 hours, manage onsite staff, and oversee the security and compliance of locations. The Site Manager will also conduct daily production meetings, manage the distribution of work, and provide new hire training. This position is integral to maintaining the quality and efficiency of Sedgwick's catastrophe repair solutions.
