SUMMARY: Responsible for describing the rich history of Disney animation and vintage animation art under the Vice President of Animation Art. This position entails researching authenticity, telling the historical importance of pieces of animation art’s individual history, carefully examining and communicating artwork conditions, and writing detailed narrative descriptions for lots of animation production cels, animation drawings, storyboards, layout drawings, production backgrounds, concept art, model sheets, historical animation and studio ephemera, and so much more. This is NOT a graphic/illustration designer position.
