About The Position

The Cat Scan (CT) Technician position at Spring View Hospital involves providing computed tomography imaging in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. This role is essential in delivering advanced quality care and service to patients in a state-of-the-art facility that offers a full range of services.

Requirements

• Associates Degree
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R) required.
• Certified in the State of Kentucky as a Radiation Operator required.
• Two years of radiologic/imaging experience required.
• One year experience in CT preferred.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
