A CT Technician who excels in this role: Provides computed tomography (CT) imaging in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. Reports to the Director of Radiology and/or Supervisor. Patient Populations Served: Neonate, Infant, Early Childhood, Late Childhood, Adolescent, Young Adult, Middle Adult, Older Adult.

Requirements

Two-year certificate, associate's degree, or baccalaureate degree is required.
Certifications registered with ARRT in Radiology and Computed Tomography
Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
Occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens is present.
Frequent standing, walking, lifting/moving patients, and repetitive hand/arm movements.
Regular exposure to biological and chemical hazards, including blood and bodily fluids, hazardous medications, and latex.
Must accept on-call assignments for scheduled shifts and be available to report to the facility within 30 minutes of notification.
