About The Position

St. Augustine Youth Services (SAYS) is dedicated to providing mental health services and support to children, adolescents, and families in our community. We use a team-based approach to ensure each child receives the care and resources they need to thrive. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Masters Level Therapist to join our Community Action Team (CAT). This role provides individual, group, and family therapy to youth and their families using the Wraparound Model. The therapist will collaborate closely with case managers, peer specialists, families, and community partners to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
• At least two years of clinical experience with children or adolescents with behavioral health needs.
• Strong crisis intervention and case presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass Level 2 background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary therapist for up to 18 youth.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions following treatment plans.
• Develop, update, and review treatment plans with families and treatment teams.
• Document session notes and reports according to agency guidelines.
• Attend treatment team and wraparound meetings.
• Respond to crisis situations, both by phone and in person, as needed.
• Follow clinical guidance from supervisors, psychiatrists, psychologists, and the Clinical Director.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
