At this time, we are looking for a CV Operator-Upstairs to join our AmerCable Team.

Requirements

• Must be able to physically move material
• Must be able to pass AmerCable lift truck operator safety course
• Good reading comprehension and basic math skills are required
• Must have basic mechanical skills
• Must be able to operate a workstation computer
• Must be able to use stairs to access the upstairs operator area
• Ability to work extended hours as needed, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma
• 2-Year associate’s degree, WAGE Certification, or Manufacturing Experience

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate downstairs areas of the catenary line.
• Monitors equipment performance and adjusts setups, calibrations and alignments
• Work safely & follow all safety rules
• Follow all plant rules
• Producing quality products using working instructions, SOP’s, One-Point Lessons, and other training
• Comply with AmerCable 5S standards at all times
• Sustain ISO9001
• Communicate with supervisors & co-workers
• Take directions from supervisors and perform other duties as requested
• Adheres to all AmerCable’s Safety Standards and Safe Work Practices
• Follows and abides by AmerCable Code of Ethics and Business Conduct Standards
