The Assistant Team Leader assists the CAT Team Program manager in supporting the administrative and clinical needs of the Children’s Community Action Treatment (CAT) Team, a self-contained, integrated, multidisciplinary team providing compressive and intensive community-based treatment to families with children and youth at risk of out-of-home placement due to a mental health disorder. The Assistant Team Leader will assist in providing direct supervision in the absence of the Program Manager as well as providing administrative support to the team. The Assistant Team Leader also functions as a practicing clinician on the team. This team will be based in Polk County but will serve the Tri-County area of Polk, Highlands, and Hardee Counties.
