About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in casualty underwriting (7+ years is ideal).
Previous experience working with a carrier is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of exclusions and the ability to craft solutions on the fly.
Creative mindset with a focus on tailoring risk solutions to meet client needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Assess, analyze, and underwrite casualty risks.
Develop tailored solutions for each risk, demonstrating creativity and adaptability.
Evaluate policy exclusions and provide innovative recommendations to address client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless underwriting processes.
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activities.
Contribute to a positive, drama-free, and culture-driven work environment.
