About The Position

The Northwest Local School District is seeking Casual Substitute Bus Drivers for the 2025-26 school year. This position is essential for providing transportation services to students and requires flexibility in hours as the role is as-needed. The successful candidate will work in the Transportation Department and will be compensated at a rate of $22.28 per hour.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Current Class B License with a school bus and passenger endorsement as required by the State of Ohio.
• Strong communication skills.
• Organizational skills.
• Ability to pass appropriate background checks.
