We are seeking a dynamic casual physical therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation flexible workforce (FWF) team. The casual physical therapist will provide PT services to adolescent through adult clientele. This position will provide staffing coverage for multiple outpatient multi-specialty therapy clinics in the greater Twin Cities metro area. Preferred candidate will have experience in providing interventions for vestibular and concussion related impairments; where training and experience is limited, Fairview offers mentoring and development opportunities for professional growth. In collaboration with patients and families, the physical therapist is responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of patient care within scope of practice. This includes examination, evaluation, diagnosis, planning, intervention and establishing outcomes. This is a casual position authorized to work up to 40 hours per week, with opportunities available as needed, in 4-10 hour shifts. The position provides coverage at various locations across the Twin Cities metro including, Burnsville, Edina, Eagan, Maple Grove, Maplewood, New Hope, and Woodbury. Fairview Rehabilitation offers a broad range of services that serve patients across 10 acute-care hospitals, 3 post-acute settings and 70 outpatient adult and pediatric therapy clinics, consisting of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy as well as Audiology and Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehab.
