They also have the first opportunity to provide our guests with impeccable service, and often to reflect a first glimpse of the brand’s best self. We’re currently searching for a warm, welcoming Bell / Doorperson to come on board, someone who’s great at talking to just about anyone, and who prioritizes, above all, the needs of our guests and our partners. Inside Tip: Knowing a thing or two...or three about the history of our property to share with your guests will set you up for success.

Requirements

• Previous customer or guest service experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and a team player.
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the history of the property to share with guests.
• Experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.
• Provide information about the hotel and local area to guests.
• Handle luggage and other guest requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized front entrance and lobby area.
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
