About The Position

As a Sales Associate at LOFT, you will serve as a brand ambassador, creating authentic connections with customers and guiding them through their shopping journey. Your role involves offering personalized styling recommendations, maintaining the store's visual appeal, and collaborating with your team to enhance customer experiences. You will also utilize technology to provide seamless service and support store leaders in achieving daily goals.

Requirements

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred)
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers
• Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
