About The Position

The job purpose is to apply, remove, and/or measure casts, splints, and other orthopedic devices to provide patient care related to orthopedic injuries. This role is essential in ensuring that patients receive the appropriate orthopedic care and support during their recovery process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, Required
• Associate’s degree or higher from an Accredited School or Institution, Preferred
• Completion of a recognized Orthopedic Technologists (OTC) Program, Preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association, Required
• Registered Orthopedic Technologist Certified (ROT), Orthopaedic Technologist Certified (OTC), or Equivalent, Preferred
• Proven experience as a Casting Technician, with a minimum of 1-2 years work experience, Preferred
