About The Position

Main Tasks Set up machines for production runs Configure process variables according to membrane specification sheets Load and feed coating solutions into the machine Monitor coating process parameters, including viscosity, pH, temperature, flow, speed, and thickness Perform periodic quality testing on membrane samplesAccurately collect, record, and report production data Safely handle hazardous chemicals following company procedures Consistently repeat procedures to minimize batch‑to‑batch variation Package dry membrane rolls Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required Training & Experience: No prior experience required Must successfully complete all required in‑house membrane casting training within the six (6) month probationary period Knowledge of: Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel Skills & Abilities: Ability to learn and follow detailed procedures Ability to work safely with chemicals and production equipment Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in repetitive tasks Other Requirements: Must be able to pass a respirator fit test WORK ENVIRONMENT and PHYSICAL DEMANDS Work is usually performed in a production/warehouse environment, utilizing standard warehouse and office equipment and common warehouse tools. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to move and use hands. The employee is constantly required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. To fulfill the requirements of the essential duties and responsibilities, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. The individual is also required to complete, and pass, a respirator fit test. The requirements and environmental characteristics described above are representative of the knowledge, skills, ability, and physical elements necessary for the position. Requirements
