About The Position

We are seeking a high-energy, persuasive Casting Production Assistant to help populate our courtroom. This role is focused on finding compelling stories and the personalities behind them. You will support the casting team in identifying, vetting, and booking litigants for a nationally syndicated court program.

Requirements

• Positive, professional, team-player attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Prior studio or entertainment company experience is a plus.
• BA/BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial phone interview with potential litigants to represent claims filings.
• Assist in backgrounding participants to ensure their stories are authentic and their legal disputes are eligible for our forum.
• Act as the primary point of contact for booked guests with explaining the "process," and ensuring they arrive at the studio ready to go.
• Maintain a massive database of leads, ensuring all contact logs and release forms are meticulously updated.
• Assist with research, administrative tasks, and file management.
• Support Producers and crew during shoots.
• Escort guests/litigants to and from secured stages.
