Responsibilities
- Development of manufacturing processes
- Lead equipment specification and design
- Track manufacturing equipment and system builds
- Lead equipment launch and commissioning
- Work as part of a diverse team with process, safety, controls, Ford Land, and plant engineers as well as external engineering, suppliers, and installation contractors
- Driving, tracking, and reporting status and progress to peers and leadership
