Our copper mill operates 24/7, and you'll be a crucial part of our operation, helping to produce top-quality products in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. 🕒 Shift: 2-2-3 rotation, 6:50 PM - 7 AM (Training from 6:50 AM - 7 PM for 1-3 months) 📍 Location: Our copper mill facility operates around the clock, providing you with a steady, reliable schedule and a dynamic work environment. What You'll Be Doing As a Casting Machine Operator, you'll have a hands-on role setting up, operating, and maintaining casting equipment. Your main focus will be on ensuring continuous, efficient production with minimal downtime. Perform basic machine maintenance, manage casting molds, and control critical process parameters like cooling water and gas flow. Stay alert to detect malfunctions, adjust settings, and keep detailed records to ensure product quality. Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations to minimize disruptions. Communicate issues clearly, suggest improvements, and work closely with your team to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
