About The Position

GQT Pittsburgh Mills Cinemas is seeking energetic cast members to enhance our service model and theater offerings. The role involves being a utility player in various operations, ensuring excellent guest service, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the cinema.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform transactions on the POS system for ticket sales, food, and drinks.
• Serve food and drinks to guests.
• Clean and sanitize the cinema property.
• Stock and record inventory.
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Provide exceptional guest service.
• Promote the Guest Loyalty/Rewards program.
• Work during busy hours, including weekends and holidays.
